Eric Meredith is the teams Clutch Specialist. Eric performs the between round clutch maintenance, weekly clutch maintenance, general maintenance of the chassis between races ane just about whatever needs to be done for the following round or the next weekend of racing. Eric is very versatile, also being responsible for servicing and prepping all of our clutch packs between race weekends as well as handling most of the tire mounting and dismounting.

Eric has been with the team since the Spring of 2007 and works at T&E during the week.

Dennis Schwark is our Ignition and Engine Top End Specialist. Dennis is responsible for all the ignition system and electronics. Between rounds he is also responsible for the upper engine maintenance such as cylinder heads, valve train, magneto's and so forth. Dennis is also involved with Earl and Todd Datweiler with between round tuning decisions.

Dennis has been with the team since 1986 and is a mechanic by trade.

Steve Hager, our Bottom End Specialist, assists Earl Datweiler with between round maintenance of the lower half of the engine. After every round, Steve and Earl check rod bearings, main bearings plus rods and crankshaft and make sure they are either still up to spec's or replaced. Earl and Steve have always had quite an attraction to the "bottom end" area of maintenance.

Fortunately for the team, Steve is also a "clean freak" and handles the between round cleaning duties on the car.

Steve has been with the team since 2001 and during the week is a metals sales rep for Mac Steel Company.
